How much is delivery?

Free delivery on orders over £60.

Delivery costs depend on the weight of the parcel being sent under £60.

Items will be posted as quickly as possible and within 2 working days of ordering.

Can I return items?

Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged items. Please let me know within 10 days of receipt and I will arrange a refund or replacement. While I can only offer refunds for faulty or broken items, I want you to love what you have bought from The Hive and so if you do have any issues then please get in touch within 10 days of your order arriving. I’ll be happy to chat with you and try to work out a solution.

Workshops/Events

Do I pay a deposit when booking a workshop/event?

Please book in person at The Hive, or email or telephone Nicola using the contact information above. A 50% non-refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking with the balance falling due a week prior to your workshop.

Can I cancel?

You are able to cancel your booking at any time, but the deposit will not be refunded. However, if The Hive cancels your booking for any reason, then all monies paid will be returned in full.
